"When we arrived, the unit smelled very humid, to the point we had to air it out for the first day just so that it felt breathable again. Both my partner and I got sick, possibly from the bacteria which thrive in humidity… We actually noticed mold in the bathroom… They said that the humidity was because they hadn’t opened the unit in 2 weeks, but that’s not our fault. "Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"

"I had a spotless room with the most comfortable bed I believe I have ever found in a hotel! The linens were top quality. Lighting was great. The staff (Cassie I think) was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for catching a train, bus, or subway. It seems that the hotel has taken a floor of an older building and renovated it, but you must find the hotel by going through a sawed out opening in a larger wooden door, finding building B in an interior courtyard along with a wire cage type of elevator that works very well when all doors are securely shut. Nothing seemed dangerous, just older and not kept up well. I am a 60 something woman traveling alone and was taken aback by all this. But I am so glad I saw it through and found this gem of a hotel!"
