"I love how this hotel it’s very closed to the Space needle, restaurants, and other tourist places. The rooms are nice, clean and with a dicent space. I got a two queen bed room and it had a balcony which felt more homie. Room 216 to be exact. You have to pay for parking $30 a day and $22 for breakfast buffet if you would like to eat there. I also liked how it has a laundry room which you need quarters to use the washing and dryer machines. At the front desk you can get change but they ran out fast and then when you go to the stores near by they don’t want to change you a $5 bill so try to come prepare with coins if you would like to wash. $2 for washing and $2 for drying. You will need to put your clothes to dry at least 2 times because it doesn’t dry it on the first time. There is one dryer machine for $1.50 it only gives you 30 minutes and the $2 one gives you 40 minutes but like I said you will need to put it to dry 2 times specially if is a lot of clothes. This laundry it’s on the second floor. I don’t know if there are more in the other floors too. Rooms don’t have a microwave but there is one microwave per floor closest to the room that ends with 50. Like for us it was next to room 250. There is also an ice machine. There’s a bar at the lobby and gym too. FYI all the local places even hotel bar closed very early. By 9pm almost everything is closed except a gas station and dominos near by which is like a 5 minute walk depending on your speed. "

"We stay here before a 6am flight. It is an easy walk after. dropping our rental car and shuttled back to airport. Staff is fantastic, and shuttle driver was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel."

"These guys are short staffed in the set up that they have where you check in yourself. It’s OK but the whole process just seems to take longer."

"I booked through a 3rd party one week prior to my stay. On the day of my stay I called to confirm and there was some troubles finding my reservation. After it was found I was trying to explain that I might be late arriving as I was attending a baseball game, the person I was talking to was having a hard time understanding I couldn't even come close to estimating what time I would arrive I just wanted to make sure I had a room with two queen beds when I arrived. The room was paid for. Upon my arrival again there was trouble finding my reservation. I was asked when I made the reservation, when I told her she said our records indicate it was made today and we don't have any more rooms avaliable with two queen beds,.after alot of phone calls we were finally give two single rooms. This split our family up because my wife and I had our two gandaughters with us, this was an major inconvenience. On a good note the rooms were nice and your breakfast buffet was out standing. The lady running the buffet was so nice and helpful. I came down to check out and the young man behind the counter said whats up in kind of a rude way. I noticed some pretty major road construction out side and asked him if it would effect the valet person from retrieving my vehicle all he said was you'll get it. He was very rude.The valet person was extremely nice and very helpful. Your hotel is very nice however my stay was less that satisfactory. "
