"The property location was good for the purpose of my visit. However, we needed an earlier check in (By noon), but the room was not available until 2pm or so. "The experience started great with an early check in. My travel partner and I dropped our things off and went to run errands. When we returned to our room, the door was open, all the sheets stripped and our items no where to be seen. We rushed to the front where they discovered they had mistook us for another guest that was not allowed to be there and they shared they thought our room was theirs and had to remove their things.
