"Almost certainly the best hotel in The Galápagos. Service was exceptional - relaxed and friendly but right on it and incredibly responsive and informative. "Wifi did almost not work at all in my room more the common areas of the hotel. There was often no one available at the front desk. However the people were friendly and the cleaning person always did a good job. "
