"The staff was great and very friendly; however, the room itself was disappointing. We were placed in a handicap-accessible unit with a very small shower and a shower curtain, which was not ideal. The bigger issue was that the shower drain was clogged. Within seconds of turning on the water, there was over an inch of standing water around our ankles. I reported this immediately and was told maintenance would be coming, but from check-in to check-out, no one ever came to address the issue. Additionally, we were charged twice for the room and are still waiting for the second charge to be refunded."

"Room was clean, staff was courteous, breakfast was pretty solid. Didn't visit the second floor to confirm if there's one there, but there was an ice maker on the first and third, which was nice. Excellent value for the cost."
