"When I arrived at the property, there was a security that helped us get to the main floor, which is the fourth floor on the fourth floor. There was a staff member that greeted. I was very, very friendly very nice. She just took a picture of my passport and handed me the keys and the checkout was super easy as well very clean please and it’s super close to shops and restaurants so it’s very convenient if you don’t have a card if you also need a taxi to the airport, you can tell the front desk and they’ll set one up for you. I paid $30 for a taxi"

"I loved the beach view 😍 from my room named the maya. We did get a complimentary drink, but no breakfast. Didn't see much of the staff just front desk wasn't that friendly with us just normal. Need friendly outgoing staff"

"Great hotel with wonderful, friendly staff. The grounds and pool were always clean and well maintained. The only downside was the food on site, which was a bit disappointing. It’s a peaceful, laid back resort that’s perfect for families or couples looking to relax away from the hustle and bustle. The location is also ideal, conveniently situated between Secret Beach and downtown San Pedro."

"The property was a gem! It had everything we could have hoped for: delicious meals, drinks and food poolside, two beautiful pools, turn down service in the evening as well as housekeeping in the morning. The staff was so considerate and made a point to know our names. We rented golf carts and went to dinner one night in a nearby resort. The fitness center was top of the line and we enjoyed having it available to use each morning. The excursions director was great, and we enjoyed snorkeling (amazing) and fly fishing with a guide (also amazing). The bar on the property was a fun change of scenery and were able to eat there a couple times as well. This was a lovely facility and would definitely recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay overall. Customer service and cleanliness are my top priorities when traveling, and this hotel delivered on both. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Ordering food was quick and easy, and one thing that really stood out was that the hotel even arranged our small flight from Belize City to San Pedro, which made our travel experience much more convenient. The room was clean and well maintained. There were a couple of minor issues in the downstairs half bathroom, but nothing significant enough to impact our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."
Harbour View Boutique Hotel & Wellness Retreat

"We loved our stay at Harbour View. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. We used both pools and we had a great time. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with “hello,” “good afternoon,” “how are you”. I appreciated the easy access to filtered water and having a delicious cafe across the street from our room. The view from the terrace took my breath away. In our room, the AC was strong and kept us comfortable. Very safe area and well-lit street. Would recommend and would stay there again."
