Stunning hotel, amazing large room, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We were recommended a nearby restaurant for dinner and it didn’t disappoint. Will definitely stay again.

Clean Hotel with an Awesome Buffet Breakfast.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Clean room and the buffet breakfast is very good. I will stay at this hotel in Belgrade again.

Very modern hotel with great service!

Very clean, new and beautiful hotel! Service and room are better than many 5 star hotels. Gym is decent but not great. Breakfast is what you can expect from a 4 star hotel. Location is alright since taxi is cheap, but it is not really walking distance from city center.

Staff were exceptional. Spoke english well. They were very helpful. Nice facilities. Only draw back was the location. Very far from everything.

Dusche defekt, nicht genügend Bettwäsche im Zimmer trotz Reklamation. Frühstück spärliche Auswahl. Gegend eher unschön.

숙박후기보다는 호텔스에 대한 건의사항

숙박을 하지 못했습니다. 세르비아까지 가는 시간도 너무 걸리고, 국경에서 너무 정체가 되는 바람에 도착한다해도 다음날 아침이겠더라구요. 호텔스 사이트에선 취소한다 누르는 버튼도 찾을 수 없고, 숙소 측에 전화를 걸어도 받질 않았습니다. 혹시나 전화번호가 잘못되었나 싶어 공식 홈페이지에 들어가서 확인했는데도, 역시나 받지 않았습니다. 한국시간과 유럽시간의 차이가 있는데, 이런걸 고려하지 않은채 취소, 변경이 불가능한건 불합리하다는 생각이 듭니다. 그리고 대표 번호도 맞는건지 다시 확인 부탁드립니다.

Hotel liegt deutlich abseits vom Zentrum. Taxis sind jedoch sehr günstig weshalb man das verschmerzen kann. Jedoch sollte man von der stilvollen Lobby nicht auf die Zimmer schließen.

Hotel izgleda lijepo, kreveti i jastuci su udobni, a osoblje je više nego ljubazno, no noćno svjetlo u sobi gori cijelu noć i ometa spavanje, a ventilacija je dosta bučna.

Perfekt för familjen! Vi hade en lägenhet med två sovrum, två badrum, ett allrum och kök. Jättefint och nära en trevlig restaurang och många lekplatser. Fanns parkering precis sidan om hotellet.

Nous avons passe une nuit seulement dans cet hotel. Excellent rapport qualite prix, personnel sympatique et tres disponible, veritablement aux petits soins pour les clients. Je recommande cet hotel a tous ceux qui passe par Belgrade.

Жили в принадлежащих отелю апартаментах в смежном здании. Большая площадь: 2 спальни, 2 ванных комнаты (ванна и кабина), гостиная с большим ТВ. Брали номер из-за кухни: оборудована конечно здорово, но посуду пришлось добывать отдельно через ресепшн. Возможно есть проблемы с центральным отоплением, но есть греющий кондей. Были с машиной, поэтому расположение не было критичным.

My stay

I enjoyed one week in this hotel, hotel staff is extraordinary, receptionists are doing their best to help you in all requests, maids are great, there is also a gym where you can exercise whenever you want. There are few supermarkets just one minute walking distance from the hotel. It is not in the center, but there is public transport. Also you can use taxi which is cheap comparing to other european capitals.
