"Guest Relations, I am writing regarding our recent stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites. During the night, the fire alarm was activated multiple times due to what appeared to be a maintenance failure. These repeated incidents caused significant disruption and made it impossible to sleep, resulting in a completely sleepless night. We specifically chose your hotel to ensure a restful stay before continuing a long road trip the following day. The lack of sleep not only caused considerable discomfort but also directly affected our ability to drive safely the next morning, which is a serious concern. This situation reflects a clear lapse in proper fire alarm maintenance and guest safety standards. While I understand that emergencies can occur, repeated false alarms due to preventable issues are unacceptable. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for the stay, as the primary purpose of our booking—a safe and restful night—was not met. "We got room 11 & it was basically through a laundry hallway in a back corner under the stairs all by itself..completely hidden away which I had mixed feeing about as a woman traveling with a child. The view is of 2 gas meters out the window. The motel wasn’t remotely full and yet that’s the room they gave us. The room itself was fine, though my child complained about lack of side table on her side. Wish a picture was included in the listing showing that room location—we would’ve made a better choice. I’m not one to make an employee change or a big deal, but other guests may appreciate this info. Room was reasonably clean though we did have a bug in our room (luckily just a ladybug we put outside). "
