"This is an amazing hotel in many ways! The staff are incredibly warm and helpful; the location is fantastic --with breath-taking views; the swimming pools and spa are top-notch; the restaurant food and service are excellent. It is an easy walk to Stresa, where we enjoyed shopping and drinks. I simply cannot say enough good things about our stay! I give this hotel my highest recommendation."

"This hotel was horrible, dirty, and unclean. We stayed for one night and there were ants eating crumbs from previous people. There were yellow stains on the sheets. When we asked for new clean sheets, they also had stains. And we got bed bugs. Do not stay here at all. It's a far walk from the airport and in the middle of nowhere and truly disgusting and unhygienic. We ending up sleeping on our towels because the sheets were so bad."
