"A bunch of Gen-Z hippies in a wanna be 4 star hotel that feels like a hostel full of poor students. Zero amenities in the room, want an early check in? you’ll have to pay, even though the room is available, want to get your room clean? it will take them 8-9 hrs. Want other type of pillows except feather pillows? Yeah no way, good luck getting any decent sleep. Rooms were filthy and full of dust, the young girl cleaning the room couldn’t care less, no separate lift for the housekeeper to drag all...

"Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful. Drinks and nuts at the bar were very good. However, it was odd that we had to ask if it was open, and reception had to call for the bartender. The bartender didn't ask if we wanted more drinks either; he brought us the tab and left. Pretty disappointed as he also didn't clean up a dirty table. Staff were friendly when we needed something as we did need a fan. Now I realize we had very hot days but our room really never did...

"The room was very functional, staff were helpful, I had more or less everything I needed. My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. Apart from that no complaints whatsoever."

"It’s a very difficult hotel to stay, no help for the bags, and they wil not be gentle at your check out. They will call you starting 10:3@ until they finally send you the cleaning lady to knock on your door door. Not friendly."

"The air conditioning was pretty much nonexistent. They didn’t even have fans. The only food they offer is breakfast. If you get there after 5, good luck getting anything to eat. Construction made the hotel almost impossible to find. Stay at Grand Place instead."

"Stayed for 4 nights. Air conditioning worked very well during a heat wave. It was very convenient to have the kitchen to make basic meals and reheat grab and go items from grocery store that was just a few blocks away. Location near public transit. Access to the laundry was a plus. Would definitely stay here again if I were to be in Brussels."

"The staff was very helpful. We were there during a very hot time of year and the place is not air conditioned, but there was a strong fan. The shower area was modern. It is in a good location a fairly short walk from the train station."
