"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem Team des Kinderclubs. Sie haben sich rührend um die Kinder gekümmert, und unsere Tochter war so begeistert, dass sie gar nicht mehr weg wollte. Das Essen war einfach fantastisch. Erwähnen möchte ich auch, dass alle Probleme sehr schnell, effizient und zeitnah gelöst wurden. Auch das hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die Assistenz. Ich kann dieses Hotel...

"Wir waren mit 1 Kind in einem Familyzimmer in einem Nebenhaus. Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross, das Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer, war weniger gut als das im Hauptschlafzimmer, leider zu wenige Steckdosen (es fehlte immer eine um die Geräte auf zu laden). Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war reichlich und Gut. Insbesondere um die Kinder wurde sich gut gekümmert und Sohn hatte viel Spass. "Otel yeni ve konum olarak iyi, oda konforlu ve temizdi. Kahvaltı zayıftı ve göz yumurta isteyince hazırlanmasının yarım saat süreceğini söylediler dolayısıyla vazgeçtik. "

"Je vous recommande cette hôtel les yeux fermés. Un responsable très accueillant, aux petits soins. Durant notre séjour il s’est renseigné plusieurs fois pour nous. Chambre très spacieuse, propre, climatisation (réglable), emplacement parfait (pleins centre), bus+ taxi a 100m de lhotel. A 10min de the land of legend, 10 min de la plage. Si un jour nous revenons dans cette ville nous serons ou aller ! "

"Séjour reposant, dans une résidence sympa. L’appartement est fonctionnel avec 2 chambres et une belle pièces de vie. Je recommande à toutes les personnes ayant besoin de repos. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Piscine pour se détendre avec transat. Parking disponible sur place. Le centre ville de belek est à 300 mètres à pied ou il y a plusieurs commerce café et restaurant. La mosquée n’est pas très loin aussi."

Great facilities including gym, spa, guest services etc. One small frustration is the uncertainty about which restaurants and services are associated with the Gloria Golf Resort and which are associated with the Gloria Serenity. They are all so close together having contradictory rules on accessibility to one or other sets of guests"

"Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Kezban an der Rezeption, Vitoria vom Kundenservice, Sila aus der Casablanca Lobby Bar und Mazlum vom Rent-Car waren alle extrem freundlich, lieb und hilfsbereit. So ein Service macht den Urlaub perfekt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und stets bemüht. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und professionell. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!"
