"Clean room. Report several maintenance issues. Hot breakfast selections were sparse. Only eggs, sausages and waffles. Coffee bar provided no creamers except half and half."

"There were only 2 negative aspects : 1 The room air had a very strong deodorizer fragrance. It was strong enough to be a problem for sensitive folks. 2 Our room was #101, the first one next to the staircase at the end of a hall near an entrance. The sound of people thumping down the staircase was very annoying."

"Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. "The first room we were assigned was still dirty. The second room had staples all over the floor from the wall paper falling off. The staff was rude and acted like asking for help was too much for them. I watched multiple staff members ignore guests when they asked for help or a question."

My grandson enjoyed the big tub. I enjoyed the big shower. We slept very comfortable in the two queen size beds. The refrigerator was excellent for the babies food. We ordered food from Walk On and watched TV until we feel asleep"
