All I can say is our experience was totally different. We had a last minute room change via email, so I think potentially our room was a deluxe suite. "Staff were helpful and pleasant. Apartment was small but comfortable. Bathroom was well designed. Apartment was quiet despite being near the railway line. It was convenient to be near the central station for arrival and departure. 15 minute walk to get to the canal area. 10 mins to several tram options. However, locations in the canal district or by the museums could be much more romantic. "

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom canal view space. Very comfortable and good space to spread out after a long day of exploring the city. There's no a/c, which we knew prior to our stay. Thankfully there was a fan provided which made a world of difference in the comfort level. Be sure to use it in the summer! The kitchen could have used a few more supplies such as mixing bowls, measuring spoons/cups, and a spatula but we were able to manage with what was provided. The tram was a short walk away and we...

"We had a great stay. It’s far enough out of town that it’s not too busy, but still plenty around to explore. Also a really nice walk into town in the mornings! It was clean, comfy and balcony was lovely. Did everything we needed it to do. Would have loved a fridge! Would stay here again :)"
