"Beautiful area! Some staff were great but no one seemed overly excited to help. Sometimes we waited awhile to get service at breakfast. The dining options are limited and not much to do at the resort. We enjoyed our stay and the rooms were very clean. "

"The Villa was super comfortable and clean! My trip was solo but the space is big enough to accommodate two people. At arrival, I was welcomed by one of the owners and she gave me a thorough tour of the villa and at the airport I was welcomed by the other owner, Vincent, who drove me to the villa. "It was uncomfortable having the owner checking if we have the AC off when we exit the bedroom. She was concerned about the cost of electricity. I think the money that I paid should account for electricity. If I leave my house for vacation and I pay to be in a place. I would like to be able to enjoy and feel free to use the AC as I wish. It was hot. I will not recommend this place to anybody"

"first of all the property was extremely clean and tidy location midway between downtown and country if you need a quiet retreat with plenty of fresh air then this is definitely the ideal place. if you are the adventurous type then I would reccomend some type of private transportation, having said all that you will enjoy your stay at the Mangroves."

"Marcia was a really lovely host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is small but perfectly formed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. For us, the location was a little remote, but this might suit some travellers who want a rural break. Not far from a bus route and a small convenience shop, and the local beaches are unspoilt and beautiful."
