Scarso su tutti i fronti.
L'hotel è situato ai margini di una quartiere direzionale, scarsamente servito da mezzi pubblici (la fermata della metropolitana più vicina è a circa due chilometri di strada, di cui 500 metri non illuminati). Se dovete recarvi in aeroporto vi attende un'odissea di quasi due ore di metro con cambi di ben 4 linee. In taxi la corsa impiega circa 45 minuti senza traffico, ma nelle ore di punta è quasi impossibile calcolare i tempi. Personale poco accogliente, sgarbato e con il quale è non è possibile in alcun modo comunicare in inglese. Anche le richieste più elementari (leggi: mi potete chiamare un taxi?) risultano un'impresa. Le zone comuni (reception e corridoi) non sono riscaldate e il personale gira in giacca a vento. Per aggiungere una nota di colore, mi sono trovato per ben due volte alcuni bigliettini di prostitute sotto la porta della mia stanza. Il che qualifica inequivocabilmente la categoria di questa sistemazione. Camera decisamente deludente. Se vi trovate al piano terra, molto probabilmente vi toccherà una stanza cieca, senza finestre o luce naturale di sorta. La pulizia è sommaria e in alcuni punti del tutto insufficiente, tanto da costringere a guardare altrove per evitare il disgusto. Le salviette vengono cambiate regolarmente (8 volte su 8 notti) ma sono spesso strappate o macchiate. Unica nota positiva: la comodità del letto, davvero eccellente. Giudizio complessivo: pessimo.

Serious language problem
Although the hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness and amenities being provided to guests there are some serious issues for which I don't recommend to the guests who do not know Chinese. The staff do not know English language at all and even not eager to help to the guests in guiding through alternate means.

Great experience
the hotel is nice and the staff was great, they speak almost no English but the staff and manager was great trying to help us. is a little far away from the subway station but the manager was nice to take us to the subway in the hotel car.
