"The Brickyard was an absolutely lovely stay while visiting Beijing to walk the Great Wall. The staff was very knowledgeable, the food was delicious, the room was cozy and unique, and we had an overall wonderful stay. "The place was really special, located in the Hutongs near all the cool food streets, Bei Hai park and other great spots. The room was a little small for us with no place for the luggage, but overall it was a great and authentic experience. "

"We had a great 3-day stay at the guesthouse. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful despite limited English skills and the restaurant serves delicious Chinese food. Located 2 hour drive North of Beijing in a remote village close to the Great Wall, the guesthouse is perfect for a getaway from the busy capital. The rooms are new with nice facilities and a small courtyard for each room makes it very private. We will be back in future and we will recommend this guesthouse to others that...
