"Good people in management. Underground parking was ideal. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was tricky to figure out, once I did it worked perfectly. This is a nice place to stay. "

"Great"

"This is an excellent New England Inn. Rooms are modern and lovely. Much more character than the chain hotels that are in and around Boston. Business dinner last night at the restaurant was outstanding as was breakfast this morning. The only negative Travelers should be aware of is there are no desks in most of the rooms. I had no problem using my laptop in the breakfast room."

"The staff was so eager to help! They were so gracious with their time with helping us figure out how to navigate to Boston via train and shuttle. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Loved also having the option of a two bedroom suite."

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay! We stayed for 7 days. Breakfast and the evening hot food were generally well stocked and delicious. There were only 3 days out of 7 when the evening food was shut down prematurely or poorly stocked. Learning about the M Club breakfast system was confusing the first day, but the next day, a different M Club hostess/waitress actually helped us through it. Room was very clean and comfortable. "It’s like 30 minutes from Boston, was a solid pick for my trip. Getting into the city was super easy, no stress at all. The staff were really nice and chill, and my room was clean and comfy—honestly, the whole stay was pretty great. The free breakfast was awesome, way better than I expected, with lots of good stuff to eat. Plus, the price per night was super affordable. Waltham’s actually a cool little town to hang out in. "This is a lovely hotel in a quiet area within safe walkable distance to several good places to eat. There is plenty of free parking for hotel guests and the rooms are exceptionally clean and fresh. I loved the ease of check-in after hours, the room was spacious with built-in kitchen and plenty of amenities.
