"We were given the wrong wifi password by the evening employee so not able to use it. The bathroom was not cleaned very well,hairs in the tub and on the floor. The rest of the room appeared clean. Did not try the breakfast."

"Very clean and secure hotel to stay during our road trip. We wanted to spend the night in Shreveport but couldn’t find any decent priced hotel. So we drove another 30 minutes into Texas and found this place and it was perfect."

"The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful. However, when we asked a woman working the desk for towels for the second day, she said OK. Hours later, we went back to the front desk and repeated our request to the gentleman and got the towels. We didn’t know you have to ask for coffee packets for the room coffee maker if you want coffee for a second day. The faucet leaked down the back sides. The diverter in the tub shot water straight ahead. The refrigerator did not have a freezer section....

"The fitness center was under renovation during our stay, and looked like it had been for some time. The hotel should definitely not advertise it has a fitness center when it is not operational. Very disappointing."

"The evening check in girl was fabulous!! So kind, helpful and helped us over and above! The girl cleaning in our area was very nice!! Only real complaint the tv program and tv was absolutely horrible and we requested a wake up call and never got it. Needs to have a little better maintenance done."
