"We had an amazing stay at the Inn. The front desk was simply fantastic - helpful, quick and always ready with answers. The location of the hotel cannot be beat - right across the road from Sam's bar, Toasty coffee place and the village with shops and restaurants. We haven't used the car in 4 days! The room was spacious and comfortable, the views were excellent, and the electric fireplace adds a nice touch. We didn't hear a single person in the other rooms, although the hotel was packed! After booking with Expedia the property was supposed to be prepaid, but from the property management team they reached out to me with security deposit request which is okay as this is standard practice, however, I could see the link has an additional $XXX charges on top of $XXXX security deposit. When I replied to the guy who sent me the link, he replied that amount should be ignored and just follow the instructions. I was still confused because how can you ignore a invoice...
