"The hotel was very nice and clean, decent location. The one negative we had was the room we stayed in (unit 130) was right next to the outside exit and stairs, every time someone entered or exited the hotel the door would slam shut and could be heard inside the room. This happened frequently at all hours so did not make for a restful sleep."

"The internet was not available. The breakfasts were the same every day & not very healthy. Most of all every staff member that I encountered were not friendly in the least. I am not a critical person and I have never given a bad review but I felt although my stay was pleasant because of comfortable bed & quiet room the staff could have made the whole experience so much more enjoyable."

The first morning could not get the coffee maker to work talked to the office explained we tried two different plug ins to no avail, they took and returned lated with it working saying we should have used a different plugin. The second day the toilet plugged they came and unclogged it some what saying they need to call a plumber, was nervous to use it again. We also mentioned how terribly loud the ac was and they were nice enough to give us a fan to use. ...
