"The hotel was nice, however we were at the front of the hotel and it was quite noisy for a long time last night. The window didn't close properly so this didn't help. The room was nice and clean. A bottle of water in the room would have been good. Staff at reception were lovely and very helpful and the restaurant staff were very helpful. Thanks and yes I would stay here again"

"Great modern hotel, common areas are great. The rooms probably need an upgrade as they are the same for the last 10 years or more but have been maintained well. Only complaint is the noise. We were in a room on the top floor directly across from the lifts, where they happened to be doing very loud construction everyday starting at 8am. This combined with some noise from the roof outside like dripping or something metronome like, meant we didn’t get much sleep both nights we stayed."

"This is a nice, low-staff guesthouse near Rathgar. Staff was there in the morning and quite helpful. The lounge on the main floor is great to have simple self-catered breakfast or sit and read. There is a fridge and a microwave in the lounge, and the rooms have tiny fridges also. Rooms are not huge but are comfortable and clean. It’s in a residential neighborhood. My daughter and I enjoyed it. Dublin Express bus service stops 5 minutes away. Rathmines area with more shopping is a 15-min walk. Loved Rathgar pub nearby - cozy and relaxed."

"Had a hard time getting in after dark, as there wasn’t an outside light on. Couldn’t read the entry code instructions. No one answered the doorbell. It was scary . My room was on the top floor, which was difficult, with my suitcase ; there was not a lift. My room was very hot; had to open the windows for it to cool down. As I was right outside the school playground next door, the noise woke me up early. Staff was very helpful & kind."
