Third single room was great as a dressing room. Few minor things needed fixing (bathroom door lock broken so one of our party got trapped in there), coffee machine not working properly and no blind in one of the bedroom windows. "The staff were very helpful and gave clear information. Room was modern and very clean with great amenities including a teapot which made me happy. Only issue was in Room 10 the shower head kept moving over to one side and needs a little maintenance. Other than that, I would stay there again. Affordable, clean, tidy and easy."

"Kasia was very pleasant and a more than helpful host. She offered us an upgraded apt unit upon arrival that had a view of the lake. She also provided us a Firestick for the TV so we could enjoy some well missed Netflix and AppleTv shows during our travels. The apt unit was roomy and super clean with no clutter and had all the amenities needed. We enjoyed the heated spa but didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool or tennis courts during our stay. "Sofa bed needs upgrading We enjoyed the great location, but the sofa bed was a real letdown. The mattress seems like the original — I could feel the springs, it was noisy with every turn, and I woke up with a sore back. I asked for a mattress topper but didn’t hear back. We spend money on holidays to rest properly. Upgrading the sofa beds with a decent mattress or replacing them with proper beds would make a huge difference. That change alone would be a big plus and guests would love...
