"Loved the hotel and would definitely stay again. Couldn’t give 5 stars as a lot of little things during holiday needed sorting in room, but staff were lovely and worried everything straight away. The culinarium and escape room weren’t open which was a shame as two things we were looking forward too. We did three excursions through to get your guide and they showed us the area really well. "This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...
