"Very clean inside and out. Peaceful environment birds, flowers and acrossthe street you see boats coming and going. They have a outdoor pool and hot tub close to Weirs beach and the NH pavilion. Convenient and clean. "

These are small cottages, which are not soundproof as advertised and the unit we were in did not have a view anything like what was pictured in the room that was selected. It also states a 24 hour front desk which was not the case. There were issues with things not working properly in the unit."

"This was my first time ever going to Laconia and it was a weekend away for myself and my 23 year old daughter. We were going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and wanted to be close to the venue and make it a nice weekend away. This establishment is adorable and the staff is over the top friendly and very helpful. The room was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. I will absolutely be going again!! "Karen and Kevin are very welcoming from the moment you walk into the inn. Our room and bathroom were immaculate and beautifully decorated. We were served a delicious breakfast. Late in the afternoon we sat on the deck overlooking the nicely landscaped yard and pool. The location is close to several lakes, restaurants and the playhouse. We look forward to returning."

"Amy & Nick were wonderful, warm and accommodating hosts! They have a wealth of knowledge in the area! The Inn is beautiful, historical and has so much character which I LOVE! I was attending a wedding at the Mill Falls Resort. A 7 minute walk to Church Landing where the wedding venue was. The town of Meredith is so quaint! Wonderful shops, library, cafes and restaurants.. Church Landing is beautiful on the Lake!! All within walking distance of the Inn. Breakfast in the morning was incredible!!!...

"No one was available at the desk from 9pm on. Our shower rod fell down and no one was around to assist. We waited I til morning and no one was at the desk at 9am. We left, no shower. No closet, hangers, iron, hair dryer. Towels were of poor quality."

"As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and given a tour by Samantha. She made my daughter and I feel right at home! Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. The views are wonderful here and we had a very comfortable night sleep. Street noise was elevated with Bike Week happening, but Samantha provided a sound machine for the room which helped...

"The property was beautiful, exceptionally well-maintained, and spotless throughout. From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. It was clear that great attention is given to both the appearance and upkeep of the hotel. "Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the exterior doors didn’t lock, and back entrance could have used some love. The shower was hard to operate and on our second day we couldn’t get the hot water to work."

"The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties."
