"The stay was good. The breakfast has a variety of breakfast items. The rooms are good but need a little sprucing up. The stay was good and would stay here again."

"Very disappointing stay. The room smelled terrible, and the shower was dirty. I reported the smell, but instead of moving me to another available room, the staff just sprayed air freshener and did nothing else. The pool was out of service, and on check-out day the elevator was also out of service. Poor customer service and not worth the stay."

"Soooooo, the pool was actually horrendous and we didn’t go. There was a soccer group there running about and chips on the floor-inside the hotel room was clean-but the pool was why Kate wanted to go so between that being inswimable and the kids yelling and running wild and finding food everywhere it really killed the vibe. On the other hand if you’re going with a team your kids can have a great time running around and they’re very understanding"

"Overall under average. The goods The beds were clean and nicely done. Very nice brick wall in the room. The bads There were only two towels, 2 drinking cups and only one keycard, in a room for four. Asked for 2 more towels while going by the front desk, sure he said, but they never came… Renovation work looks like is has been done by a bunch of amateurs. The place sure as seen it’s better days."

"I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working....

"I thought they had a buffet breakfast. It was more a self serve where you made your own waffles or toast. They did have some nice ham and small omelets that were quite tasty."

"They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. "

"It’s a perfect location to be in to experience the city on foot, or by electric scooter/bike. The parking allowed past check out time is a thoughtful perk to allow more to time to shop and explore the city."
