"There is little soundproofing between rooms and every step can be heard from the room upstairs and next to us. We could hear every step from above and also conversations that prevented us from getting much sleep. We were also woken early by guests in the room next door who entertained guests on the porch and took chairs from our porch without regard for us in the room next to them. "The hotel grounds are beautiful but that’s about it. We stayed here for 3 days and the room was not cleaned the entire time. I put the sign on the door our last day for a cleaning only to arrive that evening to a dirty room. They emptied the garbage but left the rest of the room a mess. I’m not sure why they charged me 50 extra dollars for a pet fee. They should have paid me 50 to clean my own room. The breakfast would have been nice but by 8am all the items were gone. Breakfast hours are 7-10....

"We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Marina Inn. It’s a cute and newly renovated hotel with a very convenient location. It’s very clean, interior is tastefully decorated and staff is amazing. The breakfast is continental but a bit more variety than expected. We also enjoyed the cookie jar with fresh chocolate chip cookies available all day as well as coffee in the kitchen/reception area. Yes, there was a desk chair, but there was no desk anywhere in the room even though the picture of the room online specifically showed the chair sitting at a desk. "Room was on the small size but clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and bed was comfortable. Only disappointment was breakfast time was different than what is listed both here and on their website. We had to leave before breakfast started which made the value a little less. The carpet looks like it has never been vacuum or cleaned properly. The TV had issue turning on. We had to manually reset the TV for it to work. The carpets and walls in the hallways look outdated. All of our previous hotels allow us to check in early, they told us check in was at 3pm."

"It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous.
