"For $100 a night, it would be really nice to have a guaranteed clean experience. I don’t care if I’m in the middle of nowhere Arkansas, Best Western properties are known for better and this one just made me want to leave and go find a shower. The receptionist was super nice though. It’s not her fault the property is not maintained well. It’s a $50 a night room, not $100."

"The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay."

"We weren’t using the airport and didn’t realize how far out this was. There’s not much to do around, but that’s to be expected. The room was super spacious and really comfortable. The bathroom area wasn’t the best, and the “living room” area didn’t have any main lighting. The sink outlet wouldn’t hold a plug, there was mold/signs of water damage in the tub area, and the water temperature was flipped with no indication of which way to go. The living room only had a tower lamp and never got fully...

"The gym was hot as if the air conditioner wasn’t working. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken leaving one machine for 4 floors, the tv in the room wasn’t working and the room sink water did not get hot. The room was clean."
