"First of all the receptionist said they can’t find my booking despite I showed my booking number on my email and my payment and said they don’t even deal with hotels.com. Nor Expedia. "Check in problems because of issues between hotels.com and the hotel. But they were kind to still give me a room while trying to sort it out. Property and room quite clean but needs maintenance and new linen, towels etc. Bed not comfortable. Service not very professional. Food not fantastic. "
