While the bed wasn’t “terrible” it wasn’t great either. One side was quite broken down so I had to sleep in the middle of the bed. They did allow me to have my dog at an exceptionally good price so that was good.

The guy at the front desk was awesome. He was very helpful and very nice. I do wish they had an elevator. Those stairs are terrible. The hotel was pretty well clean. Nice linens. Although between our two rooms we had three beds. One king size and two doubles. All three of the beds were extremely hard. And they were quite high up.

Cockroaches were crawling on the wall as soon as I entered the room. I checked out early. I slept with the lights on. The establishment smells like smoke and there is excessive noise from people at night. The staff members are exceptionally friendly, which give them a 5-star rating, but overall, I would give the hotel room and stay 2 stars.

Blood stain on floors and sheet. Chair covered in filth. The desk was falling apart. The shower bar fell out and had a very sharp rusted end to it. The smoke detector had a plastic bag tied over it. There was a dirty area rug over the floor rug and I was not daring enough to find out what it was covering up. So I didn’t want to spend the extra 40$ to stay next door at the much better hotel I always stay at but was mad that I spend 70$ at a building that should be condemned. The staff was nice though so I gave it two stars.

The bed was very comfortable and possibly the cleanest part of the room. The carpet was stained but clean. Everything seemed to need an upgrade. The free breakfast was lacking - the third morning, there was no coffee. I could have made some in my room but I ran out of cups. For the price, I was satisfied with the conditions. And did I mention the bed was comfortable! I slept very well.

Both Kimberly and Rikki did above and beyond for my family and I as there was an issue with the rooms we had booked. These 2 ladies give 110 percent to their customers. I canot rave how much they are the best at what they do. They should train everyone the customer care they do. Will book another stay again and again.

Work trip

I had difficulty finding the hotel since my map app kept sending me to a McDonald’s parking lot. I called, and the lady who answered the phone was helpful and patient as she directed me to the hotel. The staff was the absolute BEST!! I was told they are under new management. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I felt safe and appreciated. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommended this hotel and the new management.
