"Had a lovely time here with Lisa and Chris. Very nice owners, accommodating and knowledgeable. Fresh continental breakfast every morning, set us up for the day along with use of a coffee machine. The location is quiet and air conditioning in rooms (which was very much needed) Short walk into the centre (5/10mins) or a nice stroll to the castle (25/40mins pace dependant). Train station roughly 15mins with easy links to Toulouse (40/50mins) or Narbonne (30mins) Plenty of places to eat and drink...

La struttura pero' non e' un tre stelle (almeno per gli standard italiani) perche' non offre servizi da giustificare cio'. "Our first visit to Carcassonne was lovely, stayed at the Tribe hotel with views of the medieval castle from our balcony room 316. Reception staff very helpful, a good little bar serving soft drinks & alcohol. Room was spacious & comfortable, nice shower room/sink with a separate toilet. Good sized TV & air conditioning keeping us cool when it was 37c outside. Definitely stay again."

"We absolutely loved our stay and felt so welcome. The location was amazing as so close to the station and shops as well as the lovely canal. The walk to the Medieval City was only 25mins and the hotel was on a quiet street. We were made to feel so at home, with cold water and drinks available at all times. We were very well looked after and breakfast was amazing. We will be back and will be recommending to anyone heading to Carcassonne."

"Close to center of town and also to the castle. Both a short walk, parking can be challenging so leave your car and just walk from your stay. Breakfast included, and host Catherine was super helpful with our heavy luggage."

"We only stayed one night so the room was adequate given the short stay. The room seemed very dated and small. The shower worked just fine was a little small and slippery for my standards. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the ac was a blessing. The furniture in the rest of the building was beautiful but our room not too great."

"The hotel is well located a few steps from the Carcasonne fortress. We appreciate the air conditioning, comfortable bed and view of the fortress. The bathroom is snug but functional. Breakfast has a good variety of options. The eating area is tight and of course has a lot of people moving around getting drinks and food so I recommend sitting against the back wall so you don’t have a lot of traffic while enjoying your morning coffee.
