"We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel and grounds were impressive. Room was very comfortable. Had a drink outside before dinner. Still taking it all in. Dinner was incredible. "We had a fantastic time at Aethos Saragano. We stayed for a week in one of the village rooms. The room was clean and comfortable and well kitted out. The restaurant, Ceci, is fantastic - we ate there four nights, and could have happily had done more. The view from the restaurant and terrace is amazing - rolling Umbrian countryside as far as the eye can see. "We had room 304 looking out over the valley. Breathtaking view! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were outstanding. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and super helpful. This is easily the best hotel of our vacation in Italy! We highly recommend it!"
