"The staff were friendly but not very helpful. There were a lot of steps to our rooms and no one to help carry bags, this was very difficult. The room itself was very cool and we felt like royalty in our room. The grounds were immaculate and the castle, especially at night, was both eerie and beautiful at the same. We definitely enjoyed our short stay."

"We stayed at this hotel for a night since we were traveling from Venice to Milan but wanted to visit Verona. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the train station and this was a must for us. I have to say Valeria was the person that helped us checking in.
