"We booked this after reading reviews from others. The accommodation is very simple but met our needs perfectly. It is very clean, has a comfortable bed, a handy little kitchenette which was well stocked with essential implements. It has a terrific grocery store right around the corner. Le Cite Du Vin is a short walk away. The tram was within a minutes walk and we were a quick ride from the old city. "Plenty of counter space. Poor wifi signal. Kitchenette was completely equipped. Cozy balcony view. Maybe it was a fluke, but the apartment floor was a little sticky. Having laundry facility within the hotel is very convenient. Laundry room could use more washers/dryers, or at least have machine take non-token payment forms. Location: Lots of grocery stores nearby. Signage was very good. I had no difficulty finding the hotel. Staff: Friendly staff. "

"The room is small, but it has a kitchen, which was very convenient. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no sponge for washing the dishes. The hotel is within walking distance from Bordeaux train station, which made it very convenient for an early departure. There’s a bakery nearby that opens at 7 AM, and I was able to walk there in the morning to buy fresh bread. Overall, I felt that the area was relatively safe."
