"A delightful, clean, pleasant place. None of the usual bells and whistles that mega chain motels burden you with. Just clean, modern, nicely decorated room with all the essential features. Really a fantastic throwback to the early days of mom and pop facilities before corporations overwhelmed tourism. Loved the place. PS. only a one minute walk to one of the best ice cream places on the Cape--Cad Cod Creamery."

"I loved how close everything was. You could go from the pool to the beach in 10 seconds flat. My only issue is that when we booked there was no mention of limited parking. We had 2 cars for our room and they forced the 2nd car to pay double the parking rate for the one night it was there (which i didn't think was allowed). So we paid $25 a night for my car and $50 for the second car which was pretty outrageous even for Cape Cod standards especially with no warning at booking for the limited...

"The hotel is not particularly impressive overall. The breakfast is quite average, and the dining room is uncomfortable with no A/C. The tables are also not very convenient. Although the property is generally clean in the hallways, there is a noticeable smell of old or dirty carpet in some areas. In room 131, the hair dryer was broken and did not work. On the positive side, the two pools are a highlight. Both are a good size, and the indoor pool is warm and enjoyable. Overall, it feels like...

"The room was very clean. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was very good. Even though there are only two floors, let people know there is no elevator. As senior citizens it was a bit of a challenge getting our luggage etc up the flight of stairs and then back down again."

"The check in was not very helpful. She seemed annoyed when I asked questions. We tried to book by calling the place but it was $75 cheaper to book through Expedia. The fire alarm chirped all throughout the night waking us up, even going off at one point. The sleep was horrible because of it. We let the front desk know and she said we weren’t the only ones complaining and that’s to bad. They seemed annoyed we were there for one night."

"This place was perfect for my friend and I’s little girls weekend getaway! For reference we are both 24 year olds. It was the perfect walkable distance to the main street where there are several shops and restaurants and directly right next to the beach! Super clean and was exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend staying here!!"
