" Can’t beat this hotel! Love staying here. We were greeted as loyal guests and received a hand written note and chocolates to thank us for return visits. We love the spa like pool floor. We were slightly disappointed on this visit because there were several kids screaming and splashing in the pool. It would be great to have a sign indicating that it is a quiet zone to preserve the spa-like atmosphere. "

"Excellent room with a fantastic view of the citadel and river, staff were all very friendly and helped out when we needed them. The only slight criticism is not having any milk in the room and having to ask for it to make a simple cup of tea. Not a major issue though! "

"The staff was very helpful, courteous; simply put very nice to see your staff taking care of clients. The bathtub wasn't in the best of shape. Thank goodness the hand rail was there; as it can get quite slippery without any adhesive type of protection. thank you."

"I LOVE this property and love it even more when cheap stays come up! Location, accessibility, parking, and comfort - not to mention the rooms/suites are modern and updated. "Bed was extremely comfortable, the facilities available including the pool and gym were nice. Breakfast was disappointing because the quality was not consistent however the service during breakfast as far as the staff making sure things were clean and stations were replenished was great.
