"The service was slow. Not the standard I would’ve expected at this Hotel as I have stated here before. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed. The room was lovely, but there is no full length mirror… The room service food was appalling and when I complained about this in the morning, I’ve got a very frosty response from the receptionist even though they did cancel it off the bill I was made to feel.
