"Property was clean, pictures advertised where exact, host was attentive and fixed problems right away, kept us informed and checked in to make sure we had every try ing. Offered a free night and bottle of wine when they couldn’t fix the power outage even though it wasn’t their fault. Security on site at night, grocery store a close 5min walk at the most. "The rooms were clean and comfortable and we loved the community room with extra room essentials, laundry area, and storage space. The location is also very walkable and convenient. Wish there was a guest bathroom to use downstairs by the laundry/storage room. And the setup of not having a front desk, phone number, or actual people to communicate with was tricky. Not sure I recommend it for everyone. We had to communicate via Whatsapp, and sometimes responses were not fast enough."
