"After a travel mishap we were lucky to stumble upon Duomo Guest House on Expedia. It was not only perfectly priced for an unexpected extra night of vacation, but also in a prime location! Michele was a delightful host and even upgraded our room for us. The newly renovated room and bathroom was perfect and our balcony offered quaint views of Barletta. "The host Raffaella was very kind and flexible. Breakfast was good—very traditional. The bed and breakfast was difficult to find walking from the train station; gps was hopeless trying to locate it. But once we found it, we thought the location was great with its proximity to the cathedral, old town, and waterfront. The stairs to our room were very steep—old people with bad knees like us should try to book a lower level room."
