L'appartamento e' abbastanza grande e arredato con molta cura. Bellissimo il parquet :) Camera silenziosa. Una pecca e' la mancanza della colazione anche se menzionata nella tariffa, e non credo che sia stata una dimenticanza, visti i commenti degli altri clienti, basterebbe non prometterla. ps. il proprietario e' abbastanza arrogante

MAI PIÙ - STARE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTI FURBETTI

Dispiace ma non ci tornerò più. Proprietario che è convinto di prendere in giro il prossimo ma invece si rivela per quello che è: imbroglione. Niente parcheggio( ho parcheggiato al porto ).NIENTE COLAZIONE perchè ha detto che il bar era in ferie. ( abbiamo fatto colazione al bar di fronte la struttura pagando se za problemi ) e a fine soggiorno gli ho chiesto se mi poteva rimborsare i due scontrini. Ha fatto finta di non sentire dicendo che ci aveva dato una camera di livello superiore. Niente bidet, TV che prendeva a malapena 4 canali fino a un certo orario, poi il segnale spariva. Confusione indicibile fino all'una di notte per via dei pub sotto e di fronte la struttura. La cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio e che crede di essere furbo ma invece è un imbroglione. Nessuna fattura o scontrino. Lo sconsiglio assolutamente. Strutture pseudo alberghiere come queste devono fallire. MI DISPIACE DI NON AVER LETTO BENE LE RECENSIONI PRIMA DI PRENOTARE.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt!

Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum von Barletta. Leider hatten wir keinen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Es hab Probleme mit der Buchung, gebucht war für zwei Personen mit Frühstück. Die Unterkunft behauptete, ich hätte nur für eine Person gebucht (trotz Nachweis der Bestätigung für 2Personen). Also schonmal keine schöne Begrüßung. Zimmereinrichtung war modern, es war nur ein unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer. Frühstück wurde auch nicht angeboten.

La stanza era comoda e pulita non insonorizzata però, una notte non siamo riusciti a dormire per via del vicino che russava e della sua tv a volume elevato. (Dalla foto si vede camera ricavata tramite vetrate un piano sotto ma che lasciava sentire ogni respiro senza alcuna privacy)Il set asciugamano da bagno va assolutamente cambiato vecchio sfilacciato e la spugna assottigliata e ormai dura. Avevamo dato una carta prepagata al momento della prenotazione dove veniva specificato che serviva solo come garanzia e che avremmo pagato direttamente alla struttura. Il proprietario invece ha deciso autonomamente di trattenere i soldi dalla carta e non solo ha prelevato una somma più alta di quella che invece c’era nella prenotazione quasi 15 euro in più.

Titolari poco cortesi e inaffidabili, mi sono accorto subito dopo la prenotazione che il bagno era esterno alla camera, (preciso che nella descrizione tutta in italiano solo la parte relativa al "bagno esterno alla camera" era in inglese, lingua a me sconosciuta, e nella parte in italiano parlava di bagno privato garantito, ho contattato subito la struttura chiedendo conferma e dicendo che non ero interessato alla camera senza bagno interno, la loro risposta è stata che il bagno era esterno e che potevo disdire senza oroblemi. Peccato che non mi hanno restituito i soldi e che si sono messi a dispisizione a sostituire la stanza, ovviamente pagando la differenza, solo dopo che ho prenotato in altra struttura e contattato expedia che a loro volta hanno contattato la struttura per cercare di rusolvere il problema.
