"A beautiful hotel just a short walk from Lucca train station and across the road from the city walls. The staff were amazing with special mention to Giuliana in the breakfast room. She was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Even though just set off the road, the hotel was so peaceful and tranquil and, whilst modern it had a wonderful charm. We would definitely stay again and wholeheartedly recommend it."

Access was included in our room rate but I wouldn’t pay extra if it wasn’t. Staff, including spa as well as reception, pool bar and restaurant are all super helpful and knowledgeable and we love the location, close to Terme Tettuccio as well as the town but far enough away to be peaceful. Hotel is clean, tidy and smells lovely"
