The house is really nice and spacious, plus it's close to the outlets and Walmart. All the utilities worked great, and it was nice that every room had AC. We did notice some mold at the bottom of the pool that could use a cleaning. Overall, it was a good experience..

No hot water dog Doodoo on the front lawn right by the walkway smells in front from old garbage that was in the cans since before we got there found a cockroach in one of the rooms water fall never worked and the pool could’ve used as serious Cleaning you can see the mold and mildew in it I was never told that there was going to be cameras in a private sitting area outside by pool

Very beautiful & clean place area is so nice and it got a Walmart few blocks away I stay at this place 2 times already and I will stay many more times

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house itself was beautiful, some what clean, and comfortable. Having Walmart right next door was a huge convenience, and the neighborhood was very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. There were a few issues that prevented this from being a 5-star experience. The pool was on a timer schedule, which significantly limited our ability to use it. The pool would shut off every 3-4 hours and then shut off completely at 11:00 PM, then restart at 11AM so after spending the day out and returning in the evening, we weren’t able to fully enjoy the pool. Additionally, the waterfall feature never worked during our stay. We contacted the host about it, and although we were told maintenance would come by, no one ever showed up. Another disappointment was the water, which never got truly hot and remained only lukewarm throughout our visit.

Necesita mantenimiento en baño master duña de cuarto master cortinas rotas y acaradas con llave alen. No tiene agua caliente. Estufa horno no funciona y BBQ sin gas. Tiene el cuarto master aire dañDo no enfria y cuarto necesita cortina entra claridad. El cuarto de juego el aire es y a botando agua. Luz de baño master tiene enchufe dañado

Casa limpia y cómoda, sorprendió que la marquesina no se podía usar por carro del propietario. Debido al apagón de país, no había energía y la casa no cuenta con sistema alterno. En los baños no había agua caliente y la piscina la cascada no funciona. Esos detalles no están en la publicación cuando vas a alquilar y deben estar

I will be as objective and fair as possible. I will describe just hard facts. 1. The oven doesn’t work. Owners have been aware for some time, but didn’t disclose that on their listing. The oven is being used as storage for multiple pots and pans. 2. The washing machine doesn’t work. (The drier works). We were each provided with one towel (white) for 8 days for our family of four. No washer meant having to buy clean towels. We were unable to wash our swimsuits. Had to hand wash laundry for ourselves and our kids. 3. Photos didn’t show the green and black algae stains all over the swimming pool and the attached hot tub. We did not feel comfortable getting in the swimming pool because of its condition. 4. There is only one VERY small spot to sit in the backyard, because the pool deck takes up the entire backyard. Opening the door from bedroom to the pool deck, there is approximately 3 feet of space from door to pool, so you must tiptoe around the open door to get in or out. There is a malfunctioning “waterfall” above the hot tub and it pours into the one area big enough for a few standard chairs, making that area unusable while the pump is running. (Controls are locked away) 5.There is NO HOT WATER! In the master bedroom shower, if you turn the lever all the way to “hot” setting, the water does eventually “warm up” to slightly above room temperature. This takes 15-20 minutes to warm to that level. Unsure why the heater doesn’t work properly. We had mostly cold showers
