Really enjoyed our stay, very clean property and very comfy bed. The bathroom and shower was lovely. The ac was a bit mouldy inside so we avoided using it. Would definitely recommend.

Great location but...

This hotel seems great at first bc of the location, nice lobby, the room was not too small, very comfortable bathroom and shower ..BUT after 15 minutes in the room my throat was getting weird.. and I felt like a headache around my eyes. There was no working ventilation in the bathroom and there was only an "interior window" so NO FRESH AIR and we realized there was mold in the air. It was 5 nights of horror waking up many times bc there was no air and I had constant cough and pain in the throat. As soon as I came out on the street it got better, but now at home I feel the nights in the mold have left me sick.. Also during the 5 days they cleaned ZERO times. They never even took out the trash. The location was the good part, but I will not be visiting this hotel on my next stay.

Do not rent room 12. You won't get sleep at night. Lots of people from clubs and bars are celebrating all night just infront of your window, that is lying at height of the street.

My flight was delayed and I arrived late for their business hour they told me that nobody was going to be at the front desk till 11 pm so I went to have dinner before arriving. I was there 5 minutes before 11 and I called their "emergency assistance phone" cause it was lonely outside the guy was rude! I could find the way into the rooms because it was confusing because there were apartments too. and he just said find it it's clear and it's not 11 yet! I just wanted to sleep after 18h of flying and layovers. The next day 8 am nobody at the front desk to pay tourist taxes had to come back later to check out. Of course, they call me like 5 times for the payment but when I call they could not help with instructions cause it was not 11 yet.

Horrible experience

Me and my friend haven’t ever experienced such a bad service in any other stay before. Since the day one we didn’t feel welcomed and we did nothing to deserve this behavior either. There was only two workers who had proper customer service skills at the reception, thanks to them!! The communication between workers was poor and I saw the manager as a walking red flag- she even angrily brought our rubbish back to our room as we weren’t informed that we have to take it out ourselves- there’s no cleaning included under 7 days reservations. We stayed for a week in Deluxe double room and we could hear everything through the walls and couldn’t open the window so the air wasn’t good. Otherwise the room and bathroom was nice, but couldn’t recommend this place due to the lack of customer service and appreciation.

La habitación perfecta, muy amplia y limpia. El lavabo genial con la ducha y el jacuzzi espectacular. Lástima del ruido espantoso de la calle con la gente chillando con borrachera grupal.

Esclusa la posizione molto strategica, per il rewto lo sconsiglio. Insonorizzazione delle camere assente,fanno le pulizie solamente per le prenotazione superiori a 7 giorni. Sarebbe consigliabile almeno cambiare gli asciugamani.

Chambre avec des murs en papier. Literie qui casse le dos. L’hôtel est entourer de discothèques vous ne pouvez pas dormir avant l’aube . El lugar bonito, pero las paredes muy delgadas, se oye todo lo del cuarto de junto, nunca nos hicieron limpieza ni cambiaron nunca las toallas, yo estuve solo 3 noches y tube que pedir papel de baño en la recepcion. Como no es un hotel sino lo manejan como rooms. Lo bueno es que esta super bien ubicado, el metro muy cerca y se puede ir caminado, el rumbo super bonito y seguro.

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr geräumig und es war auch gut, dass es ein Fenster zum Öffnen gegeben hat, einziger Nachteil war, dass das Fenster in den Innenhof schaute und direkt neben den Abwasserrohren war, durch die man das Wasser rauschen hörte, sobald die anderen Bewohner Badezimmeraktivitäten durchführten

Lo mejor es su ubicación.

La habitación bien, la cama bastante vencida de un lado. El baño cómodo pero sin ventilación o extractor. En en lugar de la ropa solo 1 percha. La habitación daba a un pozo de aire y se escuchaba todo el ruidos de los desagües, muy feo. Buena ubicación.

Bon mais bruyant.

Personnel accueillant, la chambre était propre et comfortable. Par contre les chambres semblent mal insonorisés car nous entendons facilement les voisins et il y a également une boîte de nuit à deux pas de l'hostal, ce qui rend le sommeil très difficile. S'abstenir si vous avez le sommeil léger.
