Horrible check in, have misleading information on website when booking. Have to walk 7 blocks to another apartment after check-in. Basically no service after check-in. Asked for toilet paper and it has never come.

Dejlig lejlighed, god beliggenhed, masser af plads, nespresso maskine, opvaskermaskine, to badeværelser, altan, stille Vi havde fået adressen til et andet MH hotel - da vi ankom, fik vi først bare af vide, at vi var kommet til det forkerte sted. Efter lidt pres tilbød han at tjekke os ind og anviste os vej til det rigtige sted. Da vi ankom til det rigtige sted, var der en lukket indgangsdør og vi havde ikke fået instruktion i hvordan vi skulle åbne den. Da vi ringede fik vi en kode. Den ville være rar at have haft i første omgang sammen med instruktion i hvordan man skulle have tjekket ind. Ellers et meget dejligt sted :-)

Great location and apartment! Our only problem was with the communication with us about a change in the location of our stay, required due to plumbing problem prior to our arrival at our original apartment location. We were given an upgraded apartment, in a more central location, so no issues here! The problem is that we didn't receive any notification of the change. MH Apartments said that they notified Expedia and that we should have received a notice from them, but we did not. A surprise at 10:30 p.m. after a long day.

The apartment was very nice and not far from the sites I wanted to see. What I did not like was when I arrived (after paying $35 Euro for a taxi from the airport) The Concierge informed me and my companion of a problem with the apartment at the address provided and they sent us to another location 8 blocks away. I asked why they didn't contact me prior to my arrival and they just apologized but provided no alternative on how to get there and said to walk. Which we did. It was ridiculous walking that far with 3 large suit cases and additional shoulder bags. If I was informed in advance I would have taken the taxi directly there. I was not offered a ride, taxi or compensation for the mishap which was also very disappointing. They said they gave us an upgrade which it really wasn't. They just gave us an apartment with an additional bedroom which we did not need. Lastly, I brought my own cafetera (espresso stove top coffee pot) since I would have a stove available, well they fail to inform guests that the stove top was an induction stove and non magnetic pots would not work. It took me quite some time to learn that the problem was the type of cook top and not my lack of understanding on how to use it. That information should be noted in Room Amenities in the property description. Overall I had a nice experience but since I took the time to communicate with the property prior to my arrival I would have expected them to keep me notified of changes to my reservation.

Very happy with the apartment. Great area, it's all they said it would be. In walking distance to food stores and restaurants. The staff was excellent. Would go back again.

Heel netjes en rustig. Zelf incheck wel gedoe.

Geen receptie maar zelfcheckin. Kan niet eerder inchecken dan 3 uur terwijl bij accos met receptie je als kamer klaar is er vaak eerder in kunt. In machine moet je paspoort nr tel nr etc invullen...gedoe. Appartement is heerlijk, leuke buurt schoon, nespresso tv alles prima. Airco geruisloos maar niet per kamer in te stellen. Is nadeeltje. Lekkere ontbijt tentjes naast acco.

Although our apartment was relocated at the last minute, we could not fault the location or the apartment. A very enjoyable stay and would recommend to anyone, even with the self check-in machine in the lobby

Mixed bag

When we originally went to the location provided by Expedia, we were told the booking didn't exist. After a while they eventually agreed I had a reservation but that it was at another location. I was told it was 7m walk but it was more like 45m. I was with my mother, who has cancer which has rendered her disabled, and the walk really took its toll on her. The room itself was really nice but the fact that my mother's health massively suffered really put a dampener on the whole stay

Booked this hotel only to review a email from them 2 days before the arrival date to be told they had moved us to another hotel. Contacted expedia who contacted the hotel and confirmed that we would still be staying there. On arrival they again said we had been moved but did in the end find us a apartment which was great

Etablissement très agréable et bien situé... mais

Tres bon établissement et très bon accueil. A proximité de tout et de toutes commodités. Dommage que le couchage du clic clac soit très mauvais.. On a mis le matelas par terre... être la .. plus de soucis. Pour la chambre les couchages étaient très bien. Un problème avec un rideau occultant, signalé des l'arrivée mais jamais réparé. Mais au global, très bien, je conseille cet établissement
