"The staff was great! The room was quite small. We registered for a queen bed but received 2 small double beds pushed together, which is not the same as a queen bed. The bathroom was good size. The best part was the balcony! Absolutely spectacular! The views were incredible."

"The property is off the beaten track but in a really safe place with a number of shops bars and restaurants. Sit down or a wick bite. Market is nearby too. V15 bus connects the beach, city and the hotel to the Tibidabo mountain resort. Best take the metro first and connect with V15 later elsewhere of heading to the beach.
The interior is top notch. Staff are friendly and precise. The cleaners who turn the room down are great and do work around your lie-ins.

"Our 5 night stay at Eurostar Laietana was excellent. The place was very clean which we liked and the beds were comfy. The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were very helpful they would go out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable.
We had a road facing room and it would get noisy at times.
We did have a problem the first night with a leaky roof in the bathroom but we were given a different room straight away.
The breakfast is good but it’s same menu everyday.
