"In fairness, we were not in our rooms much. The morning breakfast buffet was good. Fresh orange juice was excellent! The restaurant does not open until 7:30 pm which is great for European time, but we wanted to eat earlier and explored the city. The room was a little dated and crowded, safe hard to reach without kneeling, towels were somewhat worn, had to ask for body wash to be refilled, The staff was extremely helpful and competent. I liked the location of the hotel and would stay there...

"This is a fabulous 5-star property, catering to English speaking visitors in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. Breakfast was super with buffet and menu options. Gabriela, our server smiled her beautiful smile and showed positivity as she greeted us each day. Cava Champagne included In the breakfast buffet. Rooftop pool with fabulous views of the city and cathedral. Social hour every day. The service was exceptional. Nico in guest relations took care of our every need."

"We booked this property because it had a pool but the day before check in they let us know that the pool was not available but that we could use the pool at other properties, one of which was 30 mins away. I asked if they could move the booking to these other locations but they did not have availability. I feel a discount should be offered in this instance, without a car in a foreign city it’s not convenient to travel to another location for the pool. I will also say that it should be noted...

"Peres, Adam, Alfredo and Kevin were so nice and welcoming as were the other staff members. The location were perfect and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The rooms were spotless and quiet. The room darkening shades were perfect. We did not have the buffet, but I’m sure it was excellent. The water pressure was very good and the toiletries were quite nice. I liked the sliding door separating the bedroom from the washroom area. "
