Lovely place

We really enjoyed our stay! Great hotel in beautiful surroundings. Very nice staff. We had our first dinner in the hotel restaurant but were not that impressed. Pasta servings were tiny and not up to the standard we found in other restaurants in the area.

Almost perfect

The road towards the hotel had us worried that this couldn't be a good hotel. However it was almost perfect. The staff was helpful in every way, our room was new and elegant and the food we had was very good.

Excellent!

An exceptional, wonderful experience! Very nice staff - they gave us the best room (the general feeling when we book via Hotels.com is that we are given the “worst” rooms, but not at this place! Here we got the best!) There are two beautiful footpaths around the premises - wild, but still manageable (including putting some extra rocks for crossing the river:)). The marking of the route is also very good! Thanks so much for this! The breakfast was also a very pleasant experience! Again the staff went out of their way to fulfill our wishes!

Lovely property with gorgeous views well located from Florence and surrounding areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our room, which was immaculately clean, and the breakfast was good too. However we were hugely disappointed by the pools which were way too cold, including the spa pool which didn't even work properly either. Also at this price bracket we would have expected drinking water, tea bags and shower caps etc. to be replenished daily in the rooms which they weren't.

This property is near outlet shopping center which has a lot of designer stores. And staffs were very kind especially waters in the restaurant. I had T bone steak and steak was cooked as I requested. I booked a room which has 3 rooms, it was very spacious and clean.

Probobly the best hotel I visited. Clean, modern but rural chick. Staff beyond amazing! Without a doubt the best meal ever, food is amazing! All ready spoken to a couple of friends who will pay a visit soon. We will be back!

The mentioned difficult driveway is possible for all standard cars with reduced speed. May be a sportscar like Ferrari or McLaren is to low. Very nice Resort i can recommend it.

Really wanted to love this place. Room was not as pictured and smelled strongly of deodorizers/cleaners. There was a dirty half empty pool near our room, and the main pool was cold. Food was not great, with the exception of the tiramisu.

Nesten helt perfekt

Her var det veldig hyggelig og bra, nesten akkuratt ett slik sted som jeg elsker. Ett lite minus var at det var mye barn der, for meg var det ikke ett barnehotell, og her burde hotellet hatt ett av sine to basseng barnefritt (f.eks det baseenget som lå nede ved familierommene). Det mest perfekte hadde vært om det var helt barnefritt. Det var også veldig dyrevennelig❤️God mat og god service 🇮🇹Deilige rom, bra senger.

Complessivamente ottima struttura: solo due nei

Tutto molto bello e curato, soprattutto meritevole la cortesia e pronta disponibilità del personale. Ottima la cucina del ristorante. Solo due critiche: i cuscini in ovatta sintetica formano facilmente spiacevoli grumi (meglio proporre alternative in memory) e le tristi vetrate smerigliate delle stanze ai pianterreno, che avrebbero avuto più senso in vetro trasparente per permettere la visuale della natura. Per garantire la privacy delle persone timide bastava una tendina a rullo supplementare che all’uopo poteva essere calata… Purtroppo l’acqua fredda non usciva dal miscelatore del nostro bidet e non c’è stato modo di ripararlo senza mettere in panne il servizio…

Buongiorno, Grazie per l'update molto apprezzato. Essendo un membro Gold, delle volte è previsto, ma non viene nemeno proposto ! Tanti anni fa in Germania ho avuto un trattamento del genere, che fa sempre piacere. Anche un grazie particolare perchè son arrivato tardi (causa traffico) e ho ancora potuto cenare.
