"The room was spacious and had a kitchen. The big screen TV was nice. The living room was comfortable. The bed which is listed as a queen, is not quite the size of a queen, but it was larger than a double.
The staff was helpful. We had a squeaky bathroom door, which was located in the bedroom. I told the front desk and they took care of it while we were out.
The place felt like there were people that lived there full time. I'm don't know for sure.
The doors to the rooms slammed...

"Upon arrival, the person at the desk was very friendly and the check-in process was easy and quick. Entering the room it looked to be clean and have what we needed. We had a two night stay, the floor got wet from the shower, but towels were never replaced because we were told rooms are only serviced every 3 days. We had no Kleenex and not even a full roll of toilet paper, had to ask for another roll at the desk. We pulled out the sofa bed and quickly put it back in because it doesn't look like...

"Location was easy to find, Very close to fwys.
The beds and pillows were comfortable, but i hated the smell of the room even though it said non-smoking it smelled bad and musty. No cigar smell, but it just smelled musty. Poor ventilation maybe? Definitely can use bathroom shower upgrades."

"Due to some type of mix up in our reservation, our original destination of the Westside Extended Stay had no rooms available upon our arrival. However, after a quick consultation with the area manager, we were able to get a room at their Northside location. The room was clean and fresh, the accommodations were comfortable and the amenities provided made one feel right at home. All personnel we had contact with were pleasant and helpful and the property was well-maintained and well-lit at night....
