"I booked this place to celebrate my 32nd birthday with some friends. Big beautiful place with a pool and we would "get the entire place to ourselves." Fast forward to check in day...they inform me the manager/owner is going to be staying with us on the first floor. NO WAY! Never mentioned anything about this prior to me booking it and taking my money.
