"The place was amazing but I did not appreciate when checking in we were forced to go to another person who then tried to force us to commit to a tour the next morning and we would receive a gift card or a free couple nights stay. Honestly not a bad deal, but we were there for vacation and didn’t want to commit. He literally told us he was going to commit us to it anyway and he’d just say we confirmed over the phone. "Our accommodation was apartment style. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living area. It's quite spacious and was great for us as we had our 2 grandchildren with us. It was very good value for what we got. The hotel is in walking distance of the Row casinos. Compared to other WorldMarks the pool is quite small. In general though a very nice place to stay - clean and smoke free unlike many other places in Reno. There is a game room and a fitness room and sundeck too."
