"My stay was fantastic! It was my 1st time ever is San Diego. We did a girls trip. The location was centrally located in regards to all the activities we had planned. There was shopping and eateries within walking distance. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. I am writing this review rather late. "The property has alot of guests which is great for the property. But there is not enough staff. To check in was over an hour. On the day we left, our flight left at night, check out at 11am. The line for the bag storage was super long. Only 2 staff members were working, people were getting upset, yelling profanities. Trying to cut the line to get there luggage or leave it. It was not the hotel staff workers fault, they were just overwhelmed by the amount of people. I felt bad for them, but they...
"Check in was simple. The room was spacious and clean but the layout is my main complaint. The headboard for the bed is connected to the wall, so we could hear the couple behind us if you know what I mean. Besides that, its a beautiful hotel with nice qualities. My other complaint is the $55/night parking fee which is really excessive if you are staying for an extended time."
